In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on private property. Sadly, the Transportation Preacher did not push through with e-scooter tests in Sydney in spite of the National Transport Commission's (NTC) recommendation in August 2020. Until now, there's no news regarding this development, resulting in NSW hanging back various o
